Situated in the residential area of Son Vida, these four single-family
villas are located in plots with a strong topographic slope and a sun orientation that is not ideal. For these reasons the concept of the villas is
intended to stand out by its iconic and timeless design, focusing on quality materials and contemporary geometric shapes as a result of
functionality.

The aimed style is contemporary mediterranean, providing modernity and warmth at the same time.

The 4 villas have been designed individually, analysing the characteristics of the plots, their topographic complexity, their access from the street,
etc.

All of them have spacious basements, the uses of which should be studied with the client, and that complement the main uses of the ground and
first floors.

The access to the rooftop has been dismissed initially, due to the urban planning limitations in terms of uses and to the exposure from the street
since the levels of both are practically the same. However, the use of the rooftops can be studied in greater depth.

In terms of materials, a limestone cladding “Marbella limestone” type, in an off-white / beige tone, is proposed for the façades. For the flooring, the
first option is to have natural stone 80×80 format on the ground floor and natural oak wood on the first floor, with the possibility of studying other
alternatives such as porcelain tiles.
